There are many approaches to bankruptcy. Most are fairly complicated. We can assist you with the most common forms you would ever need, Chapters 7 or 13 for your personal matters, and Chapters 7 or 11 for the business.
In bankruptcy generally, chapter 7 is the liquidation of assets to pay bills.
On the other hand, chapters 11 and 13 allow you to reorganize your debts and pay creditors over time, with a reasonable amount of your monthly income.

It is important that you contact someone to discuss these matters. Do not feel like you're facing this alone.
