Information on Estate Planning
See our Fees List for Estate Planning
While no fee schedule can completely cover the issues and nuances that could be found in a will or a complete estate plan, the following illustrates the fee schedule for several documents. When you come in to talk with me (this first consultation is free if you retain me for the documents you need*), we will go over the details, identify the probable issues, and create a package proposal for you or your family. The fee will be fair ... I'm not wasting your money on the drafting exercise.
